Chile offers big advantages for tourism development, mainly because the diversity of their ecosystems and natural beauty and unexplored, and particularly for his admirable landscapes, which provide an attractive setting to the fisher. Our country is a great destination for the fishers around the world, with more than 4 thousand kilometers of coastline and countless rivers, streams, lakes, ponds and reservoirs. Chile offers all possible settings and species for any kind of fishing. The sea fishing takes place along the entire Chilean coast as well shipped or, from beaches, jetties, piers, and rocky, being the most common species: flounder, seabass, tuna, bonito, swordfish, plump, sheepshead, dogfish, old or mulatto, and others. The freshwater fishing is conducted primarily in the central zone, south, Austral and Magallanes from the shore or from boats between the region of Valparaiso and Magallanes. The many rivers, lakes, ponds, reservoirs and estuaries, found  in the whole territory, count mainly with pejerreyes, carp, tench, percatrucha and various salmon species.
